Shipping and Delivery
We use Canada Post and USPS to ship our products throughout Canada and the United States.
We make every effort to deliver orders on time. Please note that the completion time of your order is based on the date your artwork is approved, not the date the order was placed. Be sure to inspect your product immediately upon delivery. In no case shall we be liable for any losses, alleged damages, costs, expenses, liabilities, or losses incurred by the customer or any other party arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Clients of Rejuvenation.One agree not to hold Rejuvenation.One liable in cases of force majeure. Our shipping and delivery dates are based on estimates provided by our shipping partners. We are not responsible for delays in shipments caused by shipping company issues, international customs problems, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strive to meet all delivery schedules in a timely manner. If any changes to the shipping address are required after the order has been placed, there will be an additional charge. However, unexpected production or shipment delays may occur due to technical issues or equipment malfunction. Order cancellations are not allowed due to technical difficulties. Occasionally, orders are returned due to incorrect home or PO Box addresses, failed delivery attempts, the customer’s inability to make import declarations, or if the parcel is refused by the recipient. In such cases, customers are fully responsible for all additional reshipment costs.
During the holiday season and certain peak times, production time may increase due to a high volume of orders. We recommend allowing extra time for production, especially if your order must arrive by a specific date. Please understand that target arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping transit time is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. While we will do our best to meet your target arrival date, factors like weather and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery. In the event of a delay, we will fulfill our obligations as soon as possible.
Turnaround Times: Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays that may occur, though rare, due to carrier issues or any damage resulting from failure to receive an order on time. Delays may be caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our direct control. Our expected turnaround time is an estimate and should not be considered a guaranteed timeline. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a delivery beyond this estimated time.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims that are deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
Exceptions: Some products may require longer production and shipping times when your approval is necessary. Additionally, some areas in certain states, territories, and provinces may need extra time for delivery.
Delivery times for orders placed after 6 pm ET will be calculated from the next business day.
All items are tracked, and delivery is guaranteed. Delivery status can be checked online. Shipping costs are determined electronically during checkout on the order date.
We aim to get your package to you as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you've ordered well in advance or need your product as soon as possible.
USA Shipments:
- Xpresspost USA: 5-7 days for delivery
- Expedited Parcel USA: 7-10 days for delivery
- Tracked Packet USA: 10-15 days for delivery (not available for all locations)
Canada Shipments:
- Priority Canada: 5-7 days for delivery
- Expedited Parcel Canada: 7-10 days for delivery
- Regular Parcel Canada: 10-15 days for delivery
